I had a rather disappointing stay at this hotel. The location was quite unappealing, and the rooms were noisy and felt outdated. On the plus side, it was affordable. Unfortunately, the service was lacking as there was barely any interaction with the staff, and the breakfast options were very limited. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place unless you're looking for the cheapest option.

On the brighter side, the management was friendly, and the view from the terrace was beautiful despite the room's issues.

My stay at this hotel was a mixed bag. While the location in Mérida had its charm, the room we got was a real letdown due to the damp smell and noise. The service was limited, feeling rather impersonal. On the bright side, the breakfast options, while basic, were enough to get us started in the mornings. Overall, I would say the hotel needs some improvements, especially in its rooms and service.
